Postural and gait correction programs

Postural correction

Postural correction is a techique which helps muscles to be placed in equilibrium improving support on both feet, with their respective proprioception. It also improves the circulatory system, lymphatics, the locomotive system, muscles, tendons and joints, all of which help neutralise chronic pain, re-educating our body to take a healthier posture.

It is appropriate for: Spine problems (cervical and lumbar vertebrae, like in case of scoliosis), back pain due to mechanical overload at work or sports, muscular stress and stiffness.

Gait correction

The pattern of how a person walks is called their gait. Many gait abnormalities happen without the person’s control. Most of them, though not all, are due to some physical condition. Correction therapy offers short and long-term help to gait abnormalities, reduce the risk of falls and injuries, and improves the condition of both professional and amateur athletes.
